FAQ:

Q: If I’m late for my scheduled ride time, can I join a later group?

A: We have historically made accommodations and will make an effort under our revised procedures. However, we’ve noticed large groups are reserving entire time slots. We cannot guarantee our ability to accommodate late arrivals depending on remaining capacity. In all cases we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled ride time.

Q: Can I bring spectators?

A: As noted above, we are not able to offer seating in the grand stand area at this time. Spectators will be required to watch over the rail of the outdoor arena. Spectators will not be allowed in the indoor arena at any time during a practice session.
